    Death Knight (Forums)
    • Blood Boil now does 3,858 damage, up from 790. AP scaling reduced to 11%, down from 19.2%.
    • Death Strike now does 185% weapon damage plus 923, down from 280% weapon damage plus 2,094. Now heals you for 20% of the damage you have sustained from non-player sources, rather than all sources.

    Talents
    • Death Siphon base damage increased by 50%. AP scaling reduced to 34%, down from 40%.

    Blood
    • Blood Rites Whenever you hit with Death Strike, the Frost and Unholy Runes will become Death Runes when they activate. Death Runes count as a Blood, Frost or Unholy Rune. Additionally, increases the damage of your Death Strike by 40%. Death Knight - Blood Spec. 3 min cooldown.
    • Crimson Scourge now increases the damage dealt by your Blood Boil by 10%, down from 40%.
    • Heart Strike now does 105% weapon damage plus 572, down from 115% weapon damage plus 681.
    • Rune Strike now does 160% weapon damage, down from 175%.
    • Soul Reaper proc now grants 50% haste for 5 sec, down from 10 sec.

    Frost
    • Soul Reaper proc now grants 50% haste for 5 sec, down from 10 sec.

    Unholy
    • Soul Reaper proc now grants 50% haste for 5 sec, down from 10 sec.

    Runeforging

    Druid (Forums)
    • Mangle now does 500% normal damage plus 78, up from 400% normal damage plus 62.
    • Rake damage reduced by 18%.
    • Symbiosis now has a 2 sec cast time, down from 6 sec.
    • Thrash Strikes all enemy targets within 8 yards, dealing (${16.2% of AP + 1 1232 + 0.1% of 19100% of AP) bleed damage and an additional (8 * (7.49% of AP + 1 686 + 0.1% of 14100% of AP)) damage over 16 sec, and also causing the Weakened Blows effect.     At my spell power (ilvl 481) the holy paladin holy shock change is a nerf (before factoring in Crit, nets me a loss). I'm sure with scaling it may be better in future tiers, but right now that's somewhat disappointing. The 1.5sec CD on Eternal Flame might churn up some anger. Finally put the 4pv PVP set to rest hopefully, that was so broken.

    Can somebody explain to me why Warriors get nerfed? Rageing Blow is already to damn RNG based and now it will do 25% less damage? Why that's not retarded atall
