Bit of a off topic question now...since you can put a authenticator to a smart phone can you put same to a Galaxy Tablet that runs android 4.0 apps?

Yes, otherwise live with the option of losing your account completely at some point when blizzard sees your unable to keep your end safe! It's not blizzards fault your unable to protect yourself, nor is it blizzards fault that you opt out of using the added layer of protection.
Yep. OP's gone because of shame. No need to get so passionate to someone that's not listening anymore.
yes there is money to be made off you so unless you got a smartphone which you can download an authenticator app your boned. The next best thing you could do is make sure there is not keyloggers on your machine then get Keepass or Lastpass to generate ridiculous long passwords for all your accounts but that is still no guarantee. You accounts are your responsibility to take care of NOT blizzards and there is no guaranteeing anything anymore. So you can either stand there acting like an old man yelling at a cloud or you can do something about it.
1) Get rid of AVG - used to be good, now its just shit. I use Microsoft Security Essentials, and its been awesome for me, I never know its there unless it says I haven't scanned for a while.
2) Malwarebytes is awesome - get it.
3) Get an ad blocker / no script plugin for your browser (I use Firefox, but there are ones available for other browsers)
4) Get the free mobile authenticator (or buy the physical one - don't be a cheap bastard if you haven't got a smartphone, or a Win 7.5 device!)
5) Run virus scans/malwarebytes in Windows safe mode - nuke the shit out of everything then reboot the machine and run it again.
5) Change passwords/email address on said account. If you're using gmail/hotmail then just bin that account and get a new one, to be safe.
If you get hacked after that, then you have the only option left - nuke the machine, reinstall windows and start again.
The World of Warcraft servers became self-aware at 2:14 p.m. Western time, December 12th. In a panic, they tried to pull the plug.

Can't really help but laugh because no authenticator, lousy anti-virus protection, and probably a password that was maybe 5 letters long and his first name. It took 1 time getting hacked with a strong password to easily justify paying the $6.50 for an authenticator. Oh and for the cost of the authenticator it's $6.50 with this little note just above Add to Cart. "Please note: Shipping fees have been waived on this product to reduce consumer costs. As a result, shipment tracking is not available and your order can take up 15 business days to arrive. All US authenticator orders will ship via USPS ground delivery. The authenticator may be associated with your Diablo, StarCraft or World of Warcraft account(s) through Account Management when it is received."
Next time use a condom when fucking about on the internet.
D3 is filled with botters that would love your account, I have had d3 since launch and not been hacked yet, its 100% your fault, but I understand your fustration, just change the password clean up your computer and dont anwser any bogus blizzard imitation emails XD
ITT: OP makes all his passwords identical, uses no security then blames blizzard when he gets hacked. more at 11.
