No new raid in 5.1,then when?

So I'm wondering,if Blizz doesnt give any new raids in 5.1 then how and when do they plan to gives us some new content.Not like I think that we need a new raid at this point,but I'm thinking how long will it take until we see a new tier?Also,are there any informations what raid we may get?

5.2.. Why would they release a new raid when a majority of raiding players havent cleared current raids AND terrace was released just 2 weeks ago.

According to wowprogress.com, only 2773 guilds have cleared all the current tier raids on normal mode.

Why should they roll out new raids now?

I personally feel 5.1 is coming too soon - then again..new rep dailies...yay So I can drop some of the old where I am exhalted already and just do them for VP - and also finish my Kasarang quests.

New raid? As others said...in 5.2 - but that could be around Feb 2013. Just a wild guess.

There is no need for any new raids just yet. It's been like 2 weeks since the last raid got out after all.
My guess is that the new raid or raids are coming in february maby march, to give the raiders a shot to do all content on hc and get some fat loot.
And by raiders i ment all the fellas that aint in Paragon/Method(since they have cleared the house already)

I hope there won't be a new raid till maybe february or march oO 99.99% of the players even haven't finished normal modes.

New content.... You mean a whole new faction??? Yes I know that means more dailies but it is still yet new content.

I do agree that giving new raid in 5.1 doesnt make sense,it just got me thinking,I havent played in Cata and I remember how things were handled in Wotlk - 3.1 - Ulduar,3.2 - Totc, 3.3 - ICC.

So it looks like we gonna get 2 "tier patches" this expansion?

Then again, Classic had 8 or so patches...one never knows. Even in TBC already we had non-raid patches.

Judging from DS, the 5% nerf to MSV will definitely happen sometime before Christmas. HoF and ToES nerf may start a few weeks after MSV nerf. They'll go up by 5% each month after that until we hit ~30% and 5.2 comes out with new raids.

I'm pretty sure they said 5.2 will have the next Tier, just like 4.2 gave us Firelands. No indications as to what it is though.

The quest that stops the Wrathion questline currently states that we're to wait for the assault on the Thunder King, so expect it to be a Mogu/Zandalari raid in Troll environment. It also says that it's going to be in patch 5.2, so yeah.

As far as i'm aware most guilds still haven't cleared MSV, so they should be fine with content. 5.1 brings some more stuff to do and 5.2 is confirmed that a raid is coming

I haven't even cleared MV yet, if they released new raids 2 months in, I'd be pretty mad

We're not getting new raids until a large proportion of raiders have beaten Sha normal.

And that will take both time and a swift whack from the nerfbat.

This was before hotfixes were a big thing (or a thing at all, if I'm not mistaken). Lots of patches were just for bug fixes and class balance in both TBC and Vanilla.

You don't really need a new raid already, sorry to say. You have 3 unlocked already, game didn't come out that long ago.

That's it. I mean the top guilds finished the content but normal guilds have still a lot of to do...
