Again.. from what we can see there is still big problem with hunter scalling in compare to others. Our dps increase from haste is almost non existant, dps increase from mastery is about 4 time less then the affi lock gets (from 1000 mastery we get around 3.3% pet/elemental damage increase which is about 50% of our damage to 5.15% affi lock gets which is about 90% of its damage). No cleave, no multi target damage.
Removing fox is just a lowering a skill cap for this class but its not a dps increase. HC players didnt have problem with aspect dancing, and loss of 10% damage of skill that is less then 10% of overall damage on fight that u have to move 100% of the time is less then 1% increase.
On normal raids, dungeons, lfrs, questing hunter is doing rather ok, but hc raids is a completly different story.
So we seriously need some major class fixes (pet cleaves, BA multi dotting) or just make us super strong single target class (or at least as good as locks or mages)
I love to play my hunter, i love its mechanic and style (no matter which spec it is). But im still a math and recount maniac who loves to raid. And raiding with my hunter just makes me sad because of numbers it is pulling. And im not rerolling only because other classes would destroy our buff composition (10m raiding) token and gear distribution...
Changing spec and reforging for each fight is not a problem for a decent raider, but blizzard should make at least 1 spec able to do its job on multitarget/cleave fights.
