Ilvl not increased on item

I did 1 upgrade on a 489 weapon, 1/2, and the ilvl did not increase. The stats did, but the ilvl didn't. Is this supposed to be the case?

I upgraded my DMC relic, which increased its stats and ilvl to 480. But it's back to 476 now.... Stats are still correctly inflated though. Guess the ilvl increase doesn't save properly.

Same. My white tiger gloves are showing 496 (should be 504), or the armory isn't displaying it properly.

The armory wasn't showing JP items correctly after they received 8 ilvl bump in a hotfix. It's no wonder it doesn't work properly with an entirely new feature.
