Spinning Fire Blossom Glyph/Unglyph

So Spinning Fire Blossom does give Tigerseye Brew stacks when unglyphed. Doesn't matter if you're close or behind the 10 yard dmg increases range.

When it's glyphed it does not.

I would why it doesn't give when glyphed? All the glyph mentions is about the root.

Maybe its the root that causes the tigerseye proc.
That would be my guess anyway.

I dont see what the root has to do with it.

You get a stack of Tigereye Brew after consuming 4 chi's. The glyph just adds targeting and removes the rooting, nothing more.

New class is buggy. What exactly does and does not count for Tigereye Brew is maddeningly inconsistent.
