    Jade Spirit confuses me (bugged?)

    Hello everyone,
    today i noticed something strange.
My Jade Spirit-Buff refreshed. I read a little about this rppm-stuff but i think this is not what it should be like.

An example so everyone understands what i mean (it does not allways happen at 8s left):
    -JS proccs
    -12 seconds left on JS-Buff
    -11 seconds left on JS-Buff
    -10 seconds left on JS-Buff
    -09 seconds left on JS-Buff
    -08 seconds left on JS-Buff
    -(JS proccs again?!)
    -12 seconds left on JS-Buff

i have reproduced this several times
can anyone tell me if this is intended?

If there's no ICD, then it has the chance to proc at any time. Even when it's still up from a previous proc.

Yep. Jade spirit is stupidly good right now with the new RPPM system. It has much much higher uptime than before (50-60% on average it seems), which trumps Windsong by a very large margin.

Which should justify the effort in mats

Even if it's expensive (which is isn't by now - people are disenchanting enough epics already), it only should be good.

    Right now it's simple OP.

With the RPPM system ICDs are set to something really short (1s I think).

I've not had a proper try of jade spirit since the patch but I was getting about 20% uptime in raid conditions pre-patch. Will see how it does at tonight's raid.

Who cares, everybody has it. It's not like as if your Jade Spirit gives you an advantage over the other guy with Jade Spirit because Jade Spirit has been buffed so there can be no doubt to anyone if Windsong is as good as Jade Spirit.

Blizzard explained how these enchants work when they first updated Windsong/Elemental Force. It's quite an interesting read if you want to know how exactly they work.
This should be the blue post detailing how it works: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/6893549789

Of course, the enchants don't work exactly as described. Not only do the two formulas they give contradict each other, browsing logs allows you to easily see that haste scales the enchant much better than any of the formulas would indicate.

I don't like this, I can't track the ICD to know if I should delay DP just a little bit. QQ.

If that's what you're worried about, delay DP until absolutely necessary, or a proc occurs.
