    whats the best pvp pet for mm is it shale spider because of stun?

    A spider or a monkey, depending on the enemies strategy. Spiders are worthless vs druids for instance, but vs a dk or mage you might want to use one.

    Go for crane instead of monkey. Crane has instant blind cast while monkey has to cast the blind.
