Elemental Mastery + Heroism + Earth Elemental + 1.8 speed dagger = easy kill. I just nuke down with Lightning Bolt and use Frost Shock as filler till low % then freeze. It's really easy. Easier than C'Thun in my opinion.

All I do as ele shaman is put frostbrand on and wack him till hes frozen, then lust and pop earth ele and still smack him. I dont use any special low speed weapons or anything.
