    Chaos bolt vs Shadowburn below 20% while Heroism active.

    As the title says. Is it better to use chaos bolt below 20% or Shadowburn? If you aren't having mana problems then is the extra damage worth the cast time?

    Dont forget about the chaos bolt DoT. Also, if you can havoc a second target, shadowburn only takes one havoc charge.
    Why is there no "Demonhunter" hero class yet? He was only the coolest hero in WC3. Get busy Blizzard.
