Interrupts exists because Blizzard doesnt want casters to cast spells that requires more than 1 sec cast time. Its redicilous i know. This game is just sad. I want the old WoW back.

Blizzard about balance:
PvP: Execute Melee/Needs Rage(issue) 30k noncrit : Shadowburn Ranged/mana(nonissue) 130k noncrit, can you explain?
-We try not to design abilities to be mirror images of each other.
Maybe their are a few exceptios out their but the moment casters (dps and healers) switch to instant cast will also be the moment you will win.
Instants (excluding procs/cooldowns) are generally weaker (since they don't really scale) then cast time spells, but if you put out enough pressure then you will force the opponent to use cast time spells which you can interrupts.
Also the reason why their are so many instants right now is because Blizzard gave every single class a interrupt. If your in a 3vs3 or 5vs5 team chances are you will have 3/5 interrupts as well.
