That makes sense, but I don't see how that would change anything, people would just go off school grounds. Perhaps I get off easy because I look innocent, nonviolent, very small, and I follow all the rules all the other times (ex. I've gotten one tardy in my life, and that was because I was helping someone, and zero sluffs).
