My music teacher who was South European (I want to say Portugese, but I've no clue) used the term "Cold as a Swedish summer" to describe cold things. We get maybe one hot week a year it feels like, most of the summer hovers around 19'C

Apparently that went for Sweden all around though. Yeah we had a pretty shitty summer last year.
Usually we have around 28-35 degrees here during July/August and early September. We even had some freak summers with temperatures at 40 :S

I think we peaked at 28'C summer 2011, but that was 8 days so the average temperature for the month as a whole is pretty low. 2007 was a pretty decent summer too Originally Posted by Jevlin
