It's not that I'm against animals being killed it's just that before they are killed and throughout their entire lives they are tortured daily, only pigs have a bad death over here.

Eh, it's not that easy here. We get taught like.. 60% of the content in school, and that gets you a basic C grade. If you want higher, you have to do independent work. Originally Posted by Decagon

I didn't know people actually did that, as long as you stay awake for most of the class, you can almost always get 95% or higher on tests without studying or doing homework, especially if it's multiple choice, in which case it's hard not to get 100%. The only test I've studied on has been the Economics final, and that's because it's an AP class where he's told us that most things on the test will not be covered in class.
Eh, the only reason I would ever become a vegetarian is if meat became more expensive or if there began to be a food shortage (eating at lower trophic levels is better as long as you get your protein from other sources). However, without cheese, I'd probably be in the hospital right now being treated for malnutrition. Since I hate food though, if I could eat less vegan food and gain more weight, I'd do it. I just wish science would come up with food in pill form already.
Or Solvent Green, that would solve many problems.
Oh, and in regards to the food topic: I don't eat a lot, so my impact is fairly minimal. I rarely have even two full meals a day.

We get taught a good 80% of the subject, but since we have 50+ students per class with some classes having 70+, usually the tests are multiple choice (on scantrons) since teachers would get swamped grading so many tests if they are short answer, and teachers don't like it when we grade each others as some people don't understand/hear the answer or are too nice/hard.
I'm in the same boat for food, Ely. People only gape in shock at me and ask me if they can touch my wrists because of my weight once or twice per day!
