Looking through Jamie olivers cook book now, but his recipes are so daunting!
Like this shrimp red curry recipe: 17 ingredients just for the curry, then 3 for the seasoning, 2 for the rice, 7 for the salad you make to go with it and then he's also included a papaya desert along with it, that's 6 ingredients.

Psh, I wouldn't make anything he suggests, he's a terrible person who doesn't understand anything and should be silenced. Pink slime is a completely valid and a completely healthy food, and is actually often SAFER than regular beef. Pink slime is INCREDIBLY good for the consumer as people can't tell the difference between a hamburger with pink slime or no pink slime (obviously, or people would have figured it out faster) and it's cheaper, so everyone can buy better meat at lower prices. What is all this "unhealthy" talk? It is good for you to indulge in the finer things in life. I would much rather be 60ish and about to die from all the food that I ate instead of 90 not knowing who the hell I am anymore.
