Quit smoking now, actually properly trying this time. I have zero cigarettes in the house and a nicotine patch on.
But GOD DAMN this nicotine patch itches.

I might take it off and just use the gum this is actually really beginning to hurt.

Really.. nicotine patches. Easiest way is just to not buy cigarettes anymore. That way even if you want to smoke, you can't.

I work Saturday mornings. Start at 7:30 and finish around 10.
