Interface switch addon - similiar to when you respec

Anyone know of such an addon? Where you can have different profiles, that for example allows you to switch interface (abilities on bars) for when you PvP and PvE. Respeccing usually do this, but I would like to be able to play two different specializations and still be able to PvP and PvE with both.

I have tried using a simple bar addon such as bartender, but it doesn't remember what abilities I have put on my bars on each of my profiles, only the position and keybinds of said profile.
