Was wondering if anyone had advise on "must have" add-ons for raid management?

If your team isnt opposed to addons in general, it might be a good idea to have them all download weakauras and macrobank - both are great addons and both enable quick and easy sharing in-game.

There are some addons that show what "raid cooldowns" you have avalable which might be useful but are not exactly mandatory, and you and your raiders should get a feel for coordinating those abilities on your own without the raid leader having to monitor and call for them.

oRA is good for tracking raid cooldowns, but I think everyone must have it installed (not sure on that, as I don't use it)
