Can someone on US (I'm EU) confirm/deny this.Mistweaver
The mana costs of Jab, Spinning Crane Kick, Soothing Mist, Crackling Jade Lightning, and Renewing Mists have been increased by 30%.
Soothing Mist and Crackling Jade Lightning now have a 30% chance to generate Chi when they deal damage (was 35%).

As of right now my Soothing Mist costs 2,178 mana/mps and my Renewing Mist costs 15,000 mana. I'd say it's identical to yesterday.
Tested it out a bit and the tooltips seem accurate on mana cost. Not sure about a 5% change on chi generation, though.

Jade Serpent Statue: "The statue will also begin casting Soothing Mist on your target. healing for 50% as much as yours. "
[What's half of minor?]

Yay moar nerfs. I feel like blizz is spying on me. i just reforged spirit into crit from my gear and dropped about 2k spirit since our mana was almost too good since 5.1, and now they increase mana cost of all spells. Yawn.

bliz said some of them wont go live till server reset...
...idk if ima stay monk after this. nerf our heals a ton, then increase mana costs, add mechanic for mana regen, then increase mana costs 30 FREAKING %... thats not fine tuning... thats insane knee-jerking. but w/e... it'll roll back around eventually, just makes me /sigh
