Lor'themar proves the Blood Elves are untrustworthy

They join the one Alliance during the Second War, abandon them, ironically get decimated by the Scourge, crawl back into the Alliance, ally themselves with evil beings, and when the small Alliance is destroyed, swear allegiance to the Horde, one of their former greatest enemies.

Blood Elves already have a very low image to the Alliance, yet Lor'themar is planning to betray the Horde they swore loyalty to for them. This really shows Blood Elves have no loyalty.

Ya that will happen, also Blood Elfs will no longer be playable and every person who currently has a Blood Elf will be forced to race change since they are no longer a part of the Horde.

Clearly someone needs to take another look at his lore.... Just a quick note on this too Garrosh does not equal the Horde...

I don't think that they ever tried to play off that they were 100% loyal to any faction. They are a self serving race; hell they look down upon anyone who isn't a Blood Elf. The only person they may feel any loyalty to that isn't a Blood Elf is Sylvanas, and thats because she was one of their greatest heroes.

You are... missing alot of pieces. They moved away from the Alliance army as they didn't aim to defend Quel'Thalas, so they sent people back to defend while others stayed with the Alliance army. Quel'Thalas got attacks and Sunwell sieged, when they were at their low, the Alliance ended up not wanting to help them out. The now Sin'Dorei stood by themselves and needed someone strong to ally as well as a new source, the Quel'Dorei fled away to live their culture without remember the losses.

The Horde offered the Sin'Dorei a deal, they supported the Horde and the Horde would Ally them. And if you go through alot of quests in Cata to early mists, Garrosh is stomping more and more on the Sin'Dorei. Remember, Garrosh is a "True Horde" believer, means no Sin'Dorei nor living dead if it stood to him.

I would join the Alliance in no time before getting stabbed in the back.

Basically this, the alliance (or atleast the alliance king they dealt with) stabbed them in the back then abandoned them, so they joined Thrall's horde.
What Garrosh is doing will no doubt remind them of Kael Thas' reckless actions and decent into madness, combine that with the way he treats them which will remind them of their previous treatment from Garithos etc.
With the nightelves becomming more open to arcane magics and the alliance becomming more open-minded with respects to other races in general, they'd seem an attractive option; keep in mind though that negotiations don't mean he'd made up his mind.

Way to butcher any true viewpoint of the lore and make it look as if the Sin'dorei are a bunch of backstabbing bastards.

While they are a proud, somewhat-selfish race, much of what you blame the Sin'dorei for was out of their control. I'd suggest looking them up on sources, such as Wowpedia (There is a link at the top of this site), and finding out how this really went down.

You're excluding many vital points, and by doing so weakening your argument.

Elves are usually portrayed as a bit arrogant and full of themselves, its just how they roll

    History of the blood elves...
-Losing a fight against the trolls, humans help, blood elves teach them magic and owe them a debt.
-Orcs attack humans. Blood elves dont think its a problem, send a small force to repay their debt, get owned by orcs, THEN decide to send an actual, sizeable army.
-Lordaeron gets owned by scourge. Blood elves dont help cause its not their problem
-Quel'thalas gets owned by the same scourge. Blood elves crawl back to what remains of the alliance.
-Garithos makes Blood Elves ally with Naga, and kicks them out cause of this. Remember, every other alliance member but those with Garithos think the Blood Elves had no reason to ally with Naga.
-Blood elves go to the Horde because their almost extinct.

    So, yea. There kinda douchebags.

    Blood Elves =/= High Elves.

For the love of god, can someone please make this distinction.

Uh... The Blood Elves (then High Elves) never left the alliance. The Alliance just couldn't send reinforcements on their fight against the Scourge. And as for your 'ally themselves with evil beings' that's kinda because an Alliance general, arrogant and xenophobic, treated the remaining elves, now calling themselves Blood Elves, like dirt, forcing Kael'Thas (then the leader of the Blood Elves) to forge alliances with other races, namely the Naga, to survive. And such 'alliance' was never exactly Destroyed. Kael'Thas was still in league with the Naga, and Illidan, back in Outland. The Alliance with the Horde was necessary because the Blood Elves no longer trusted the Alliance, thanks to the previously mentioned general's actions, and they needed allies in Azeroth to help protect them. High Elves are the same elves from before the invasion of Quel'Thalas by the Scourge that survive to this day, feeding on the mana from arcane items, who did not follow on Kael'Thas footsteps, remaining mostly on Dalaran. The Blood Elves are different because they followed Kael'Thas' teachings, and drained items from magical items from Outland, items enchanted with fel magic, which proved to not only be quite addicting to them, but also changed the glow of their eyes from blue to green. Yeah, that's quite a distinction.

in mop all the alliance factions will join behind their king but in mop all of the horde will want to drop Garrosh so was see in this 5.1 the trolls with some of the blood elves but do not take it as a sign that the blood elves are untrustworthy but that if a king is unjust it is the job of his people to over throw his ass.

ps horde has races that start at neutral to other factions in the horde unlike the alliance that all ways starts at allies.

Except you're talking about actions of the current Blood Elves. High Elves are not part of that.

Why does everyone forget the initial and only reason the Blood Elves joined the Horde back in BC was to piggyback Thrall's expedition to Outland. It had nothing to do with anything else. The way the story was written Blood Elves needed something to be butt-hurt over to justify their siding with Orcs (even as a facade) to go into Outland. Saying they were betrayed by the Alliance served them well to do so, even though Garithos had nothing to do with the Alliance proper, treated Dwarves just as bad as the Blood Elves, and the reasons the Night Elves were spying on them become apparent as soon as your Blood Elf player sets foot in Outland and realises Kael'thas was the real betrayer in all of this, of the Horde, of the Alliance, of his own people, even of his first evil overlord in Illidan, and the entire Burning Crusade Endgame deals with it.

So much I want to kill them on sight, then cremate their bodies on the spot.
