    Please recommend me a build.

Budget: $500-600. could possibly go higher, but I don't want to spend all the rest of my grant money in one place.
    Resolution: 1600x900
    Games / Settings Desired: Planetside 2, WoW, GW2. High/Ultra
    Country: United States
Parts that can be reused: I have a 500 watt power supply that can be reused. not sure how well my nvidia gtx 550Ti stands up now.
Do you need an OS? Since I will be needing a new hard drive, yes.
    Do you need peripherals? no.

If you can't stretch the budget that far then drop the GPU and use your 550ti and save up until you can get something better (~7870/660)

    Couple of questions.
1: Is that processor really that much better than: AMD Athlon II x4 640 3.00 ghz?
2: For putting all the pieces together will I need anything besides a screwdriver?

I hate to bump a thread but I don't want to open a new one to ask a related question.

How does the graphics card listed above stack up against this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130840
EVGA nvidia geforce GTX 650 Ti 2gb.
