Adding .ogg Sound Files

Does anyone know how I can add sound files to the game? Pre 5.0 I had several sound files (like PvP Flag Taken, Big Bad Wolf, etc.) that I used to sync up with buff and debuffs I received, but I no longer have several of these found files in my addon lists anymore. How can I go about finding sounds like PvP Flag Taken and allowing me to choose them again in my addons?

Edit: so I have the sound files I want, in ogg format, now I just need to know where to place them so they work in game.

Replicate the file's path in the MPQ in the main WoW folder.
