I am confused b/c Wowhead says I can change VP to Conquest points, however, I can't seem to be able to find out where the exchange can be done.
I am stuck with lots and lots of useless VPs. Any suggestion of how to turn these into something useful for PvP?

Can I change valor points to honor or conquest points?
Veteran vanilla player - I was 31 back in 2005 when I started playing WoW - Nostalrius raider with a top raid guild.
