Wind Lord, if you CC all the amber trappers, is a complete joke of a hc boss. Even easier than on normal mode imo. Switch between AoE and single target a few times and the boss will fall over. Only things you need to watch out for is dispelling the boss and the adds, and make sure ppl don't use brainless abilities to break the CC.

To be 100% honest it is nearly this easy. No sarcasm.

Gah after 2 or 3 evenings at Garalon Wind-lord proved to be really easy... like 1 hour 20 minutes easy >.<
So now that we are 6/6 MV and 3/6 HoF, where should we go? The probably relevant options are:
    1) Imperial Vizierl Zor'lok
    2) Ember Shaper Un'sok
    3) Lei-shi

Get Lei Shi. It's not incredibly easy but easier than Zor'lok and Amber-Shaper.

    Is that on 10-man?

That applies to 25 as well as 10, and 25 will have an arguably easier time with the boss due to redundant interrupts/dispels. My group cleared 10H Wind Lord tonight using two priests on Mass Dispel duty to counter Quickening, which kept the tank/Strike targets safe at the expense of healer mana. Once we tightened up our interrupts on Mending, the battle menders quickly fell apart.

The challenge in 25 is presented by the fact that only one person needs to set off a Wind Bomb to wipe the raid. Amber Trappers are not your friend when you are working with lethal wind bombs and incapacitated targets.

We are 5/6 HOF, probably 6 tonite, so i can rate hof boss's for u but no idea about TOES... but i heard lei shi is pretty easy, protectors are a DPS check, and tsulong u just exploit with a shaman lol.

But HOF boss's id rate as

    bladelord > windlord > garalon > ambershaper > imperial > empress

We had a lot of wipes on imperial, but its 1 of them fights that require all 10 ppl to play good, u cant really carry someone thro failin the dance. We also went thro numerous strategies which wasted quite a bit of time... 2 heal it, and nuke the echo was wot we do.

ambershaper was down after 50 wipes, but thats because for 35 of the wipes we was doin the "keep stacks on both" tactic.. soon as we did the nuke tactic, it was faceroll.

empress obviously has to be last, and its not rly challenging tactics wise like say imperial, but you need decent healers+tanks.

On our 2nd week tho we did imperial on 2nd attempt, amber on 3rd, garalon 1st, blade on 1st etc.. they are all easy fights once u learn them, its not like spirit kings where u have 100 wipes then 1shot it every week!

It kinda depends what ur raids strength and weakness's are rly, we have strong DPS, so stuff like garalon, windlord, ambershaper, imperial seemed rly easy with nice burst dps, and thats wot we based our strats off of

We got Imperial Vizier down after like 65 wipes... and now are probably going for Lei-Shi HC, which seems pretty easy...
After that we might go for "cleverly using game mechanics" with Tsu-long and a shaman (that's not hotfixed yet?) or Amber-Shaper...
    So two questions:

    1) should we go Lei-Shi=>Amber-shaper or something else? (do consider that we recently raid only like 2 times a week for 2.5 hours each time :S)

    2) Regarding Amber-Shaper - should we just spend the P1 stacking as much on boss and then burn him in the 12-14 second window of Amber Scalpel+Reshape Life or go with the "3 tanks, sustained stacking on boss+monstrosity"?

Windlord H 10 man with two priests is a complete joke (much easier on heroic than normal) - CC all three trappers.

    We have done:
    H Doggies, H Feng, H Gar'ajal, H Elgelon, H Spirit Kings, H Bladelord, H Windlord, H Garalon. Working on H Will.

    Our raid comp is:

    Tanks:
    Blood DK
    Guardian Druid

    Heals:
Resto Shaman (OS not fully setup enhance)
    HPally
    Resto Shaman (OS decent Elemental)

    DPS:
    Assass Rogue
    SV Hunter
    SPriest (OS awesome disc)
    Afflic lock
    Frost/Arc Mage

We have killed 4/6 H MSV guardians, Feng, Gara(only once :/), and Elegon.
Looking for a good progression boss to look into next.

Once we did those 4 (in that order) we went to HoF and did blade lord+wind lord, went back to MSV and did kings+will then back to hof for garalon, now working on imperial and 85 wipes later he still isn't down

    #1 Stone Guards
    #2 Feng the Accursed
    #3 Gara'jal
    #4 Elegon
    #5 Blade Lord Ta'yak
    #6 Wind Lord
    #7 Spirit Kings
    #8 Will of the Emperor
    #9 Garalon
    #10 Imperial Vizier Zor'lok
    #11 Lei Shi
    #12 Amber Shaper
    #13 Empress
    #14 Protectors of the Endless
    #15 Tsulong
    #16 Sha of Fear
#17 Protectors of the Endless Elite

What you raid setup can handle and what the individual player can or cannot fathom will greatly alter the order at which you'll be able to do them, but gear is a massive factor and the above order is what I'd do, based on the idea that you're gearing up as you go along. Gara'jal used to be hard, then gear happened and now he's easy and he's just one of 17 examples.

Ok so a bit late to the party for HC's as such, but my guild are just getting there, we have cleared normal, our last kill was empress, we had enough dps to have one add phase and 3 heal it, would that mean we can 3 heal hc Gara'jal, the previous ones pretty sure we can clear easily as we kinda outgear the tuning, was just wondering if we are above the dps check for 2 healing gara, and using our sp as disc/dps

If you go 2 1/2 heals (ie use a disc priest smiting) then you are at or about meeting the dps check for gara'jal hc. To be honest one add phase and 3 healing is probably pretty much standard on empress. Pure 2 healing on gara can be a bit of a pain in progression. It's not uncommon for a healer to be dolled and the other to have the frail soul debuff. On progression thats more often than not a wipe since the adds will get out of control and cause a lot of damage.

Mmmmm we dealt with Lei-shi in 1.5 raids and around 20 attempts.
This puts us at 6/6 MV, 4/6 HoF and 1/4 ToES... Where to now?
    The reasonable options are
    A) Amber Shaper Un'sok
    or
    B) Protectors

I personally think that protectors are going to be easier then Amber Shaper but that is plain speculation... what about Tsulong too? Filth The Warlock's list says we should aim now for Amber Shaper but to be honest... he scares the hell out of me with the coordination for 3-tank sustained debuff on boss/monstrosity tactic in mind ;-P

You do not have to 3 tank amber shaper. 2 tank w/first tank in 2nd phase permashaped and have a plate dps taunt and kite the monstrosity on the fling. We used the burn strat w/lust on the burn.

At this point in the game, none of your raiders should be at 463-470ish ilvl. They should all be at or above 480, with many in the 490s if you have done any normals. With that said, do them in the order you come across them. In other words, MsV Heroic 1-6, HoF Heroic 1-6, ToES 1-4 and call it a day. There is no reason to skip around at the end of the tier.

Personal take going for all 11 bosses Ive downed so far from easiest to hardest.

    #1 Feng the Accursed
    #2 Stone Guards
    #3 Gara'jal
#4 Wind Lord (I dont put it higher cause it actualy require some numebrs, liek DPS and healling but the mechanics in the fight are a joke, its easier to execute heroic tham it is normal if youre ccing the trappers)
    #5 Blade Lord Ta'yak
    #6 Elegon
    #7 Spirit Kings
    #8 Garalon
    #9 Will of the Emperor
    #10 Imperial Vizier Zor'lok
    #11 Amber Shaper

We didnt do them in that particular order thats how hard I think they are in relation to each other
