Unfair pvp, haters are hating, I am hating.

So I just tried to stop 2 allies to do the horde rare warrior in Kassarang Wilds and I can't even believe it I got annihalated by the ally warrior. Just look at the combat log. The damage he did with the spells he used. Unfairness has a limit and it's totally blown.
I know pvp power and resilliance are supposed to support the pvpers but now it's mostly a effortless victory insurrance.
    Just give a look...

I think PvP power vs. someone with no PvP resilience should be an assured win.

Absolutely 100% agree. If someone has taken the time and effort to grind out some PvP Power gear, they should win over someone with no resilience gear.

Pretty much. Skill won't help much when someone has 30% PvP power against your base 40% resil

Also 2v1? If the game isn't balanced against 1v1 or 2v2, then 2v1 isn't going to bode well for the 1's favor.

When you were able to kite them all over because they weren't good at countering such a strategy it still worked fine. Then Avatar came along... Fortunately it was nerfed, a bit more than I would've suggested but I won't complain. Skilled Warriors were able to counter being kited.

Ya, the effort of botting in BGs affords them free kills in world PvP. Blizz said they wanted to move away from this crap but all they did was make it a lot worse.

If you're not in PvP gear you WILL be clobbered.

If you're in CP gear you STILL WILL be clobbered.

Welcome to the world of broken WoW PvP!

Just wait until you're hit with a 164k Chaos Bolt with basic resil...on top of 4 to 8k very fast ticking DoTs, and a friendly warrior stunning you to death. -_-

The only good thing still is, I can still kite 5+ warriors. Can't wait to be in CP gear and kite an army of them around flags again. All those thumps and purple absorb text due to all my shields is a beautiful sound! Bite me warriors, payback is going to hurt when I part myself on the flag again. }:>

Did you look at the screenshot? I see no others sources of damage except the warrior.

Also if that guy had an SI:7 Manual equipped, you are gona get clobbered. 10000 PvP power for 15 seconds, every minute (in Pandaria) is huge amounts of burst (it's 37.5% by itself), especially for an OP warrior.

Didn't they introduce 40% base resilience because they didn't want this to happen though?
A shame it failed so miserably though, damage is so insane that you can barely tell that the base resilience actually exists.

Personally I'd prefer it if PVP gear had no effect outside BGs and Arenas so that if you run into some ganker on your ungeared alt you can actually fight back and if you have sufficient skill, even win. Imagine that, world PVP in which people actually fought each other instead of just griefing people who have no way of fighting back.

But the game has never, ever worked that way so... shrug.

It's a good idea but then, it just means they'll throw on their raiding gear and nuke you if you're an undergeared alt. I really dislike this pvp power crap. The idea was giving base resilience to faciliate more even keel pvp encounters, but then pvp power not only overcomes all base resilience, it actually starts hitting even harder. They need to have some sort of cap where the most damage you can do it taking resilience to an effective "0". That way stacking pvp power only improves performance against people with lots of resilience, but caps it against people without any so that aren't getting hit for 171k by shockwave, 75k by overpower and 200k by HS...

I watched a dude with upgraded CP gear get clobbered like he wore cloth last week on the BG.

If upgraded CP gear isn't offering the protection PvPers are used to with CP gear, it's really broken.

I mean the DoTs are ticking out more damage than melee weapons and most of their abilities (except for CDs abilities and popping trinkets). These aren't 3 second DoTs anymore, they tick very fast. Add that fast dispels are gone, there's multiple DoTs on targets at very unacceptable rates -- kitties; DKs; Warlocks; Shamans all are DoTTING, and my healing addon looks like a Christmas tree...but I can't do a thing to cure it, as Cleanse is on a whopping 8 second cooldown PER TARGET.

    Broken, seriously, broken.

Yeah, combine that with the amount of PvP power you get from gear / wep, and you're going to get creamed.
