Brawler's Guild Hot Fixes??

At First, in the guild, DK's were able to use Death Pact; now they are not? Is this intended or a bug? Have there been any other hot fixes?

The HP of Battletron (3rd boss of Rank 7) has been doubled.

Why the fuck would they do this ? It's practically impossible now unless you're in heroic gear... been doing all previous bosses thus far in my VP/LFR gear -.-;
