Currently capped my warrior at 1800 conq pts from arena. Can I convert 250 valor to 250 conq or has that been removed ? If I can, then where do I go about doing this?

If im not mistaken, I believe that this "feature" was talked about, but I don't think it was implemented. But that was in 4.3.

No. It's Valor to Conquest or Justice to Honor. Reverse order on both currencies cannot be done.

That is wrong, you can no longer xfer valor or conquest. However Justice and Honor can still be exchanged either way, however the exchange rate is 375>250
