I pay the 3 month subsription with my visa and I've been playing WoW earlier today but I just logged in recently and it says my account is frozen

Chances are the bank rejected it. Have to call Blizzard to find out the reason for the rejection.

Frozen account status simply means you're active subscription... isn't really active. As Kevyne said, the transaction is probably being denied for some reason. I would check your bank account just to make sure everything is ok, if so you need to let your bank know you approve the request from Blizzard Ent. for $15.
