Pretty sure you could club the pilot to death with it, so no, that'll have to be banned by the TSA for our protection.

Yes you can. Get one of those insulated packs and add some ice packs and it should be fine for a relatively short trip (~2 hour plane ride). I have a friend who used to take frozen meat back from San Antonio to Dallas with that method, but that's only a 1 hour flight...not sure how it would fare over longer distances.

But strictly talking rules: yes, you can bring frozen food on a domestic flight with no issues.

Yes you can take it on the plane. Be carefull with dry ice. That's considered hazmat and there is a limit to how much can be carried on a plane. You WILL have to report it and it will NOT be carry on.

Look, you can go out and get a cooler and some gel packs and check it. This is a hassle, when it is far easier to let Giadornos's do all the work for you. They will ship it to you. That really is your best solution.

Because that looks more like pie than pizza.
Wouldn't you be able to take a cooler with you on the plane? You might have to pay extra for more luggage though.
Pretty close. Don't know if that is Giadorno's for sure, but I can tell you it is close to the best food I've ever had. Ever.
Get a grip man! It's CHEESE!

It's a domestic flight that will only be about 2 hours 15 minutes.

Just call the airline, explain what you want to do, and ask for a yes or a no. They could probably give you a good answer.

Also I have never heard of Giordano's stuffed pizza before, but I did a GIS for it, and I have to admit that looks pretty epic.

Chicago Style Pizzas are souffles, not pizzas, imo.
'Twas a cutlass swipe or an ounce of lead
Or a yawing hole in a battered head
And the scuppers clogged with rotting red
And there they lay I damn me eyes
    All lookouts clapped on Paradise
All souls bound just contrarywise, yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!

Yeah, those styrofoam containers and some dry ice would do the trick, depending on international shipping laws. I order certain steaks off the internet that travel damn near across the entire country by plane, train or automobile and delivered by UPS, so it lasts a decent amount of time.
