So I usually never notice stuff like this, but I was just leveling my rogue, was going to pull a group to aoe, so I used Throw to pull. Anyways, there were 2 Greenstone Gorger's and a pack of little nibblers. I threw a dagger at one of the Gorger's, immediately targeted the other one, and before I can throw at him, Elemental Force pulled him.

Elemental Force procced off Throw, but transferred to my current target instead. Bug or Working as intended? Nothing huge, just odd to catch
