Budget computer help

I'm setting up a budget computer to buy for my little brother for christmas.

The budget is.. well.. I want a computer that's as cheap as possible while still being relatively decent.
Games he plays are Minecraft and Terraria mostly, but he wants to play WoW and D3 as well.

The current setup I have is this:
Corsair CX 430W PSU
AMD A-Series A4-3300
ASUS F1A55-M LE R2.0
Seagate Barracuda® 1TB
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz 4GB CL8

Cost is about 200 euros. That is about fine, but would that work for the games?

that cpu with intergrated graphics won't manage wow/d3 or terraria at all unless going for really low resolution and graphic settings at low.

So how can I upgrade it to get a decent computer within a reasonable price? Budget is 300 euro, and I already have a nvidia gtx 460 for it.

You can even do something like this, just teh basic hardware parts, reuse some of your older hardware, i.e. old HDD as it will have your files and programs, and there not much difference in HDD nowadays. either 7200 rpm or 10,000 rpm and your choice of Sata or IDE, Sata always faster, not a huge a difference. Just as a heads up you can piece together a machine for very cheap too!
