Worgen monks would have been amazing, I have no idea either because as much as I love the forsaken how the fuck can they be monks with "life" energy and such? Gnomes? Draenei? None of these make sense to me lore wise, but whatever.
They never let you play a new class with the latest race. Balance, that's all.
