Looks like a castle to me. Makes sense with the whole "storming the castle - raiding" etc.

Ok, the logo on the header is probable a representation of Warsong Gulch.
The flags are the give away, however the Bookmark icon...

I always just assumed it was some random, stereotypical rpg hero that wasn't actually from anything. All I'll ever be able to see is the pokemon now though.

I think it is a fan made. It has traces of several animes in it, the Armor is sort of like a cross of Maze and Bazerk, the Figure looks a lot like Lina Inverse.
