How good is our 4pc tier set bonus? (Resto shaman)

Wondering if the heroic offpieces would be better than the normal 4p items. As in not taking the 4p untill all of the tier pieces were available on heroic.

Heroic should be stronger then normal all time, in whatever way, except some changes in crit/haste/mastery stats. One will have less Intellect, but have more Stamina, or more Spirit and more Intellect. It all depends if you would prefer having the set bonusses, in which I decided after long to go for and try out.

Just look at the stat differences and make the decision. If you're going to get a 2/4 set by downgrading a 502 off piece for 496 tier, i'm sure it'll make up the 40 or so int you lose ^^
