Apparently I have a couple of gangers out there. My sister and her hubby say I look exactly like Mikey from Orange County Choppers when my hair is long. Another friend in the UK has a class mate that's the spitting image of me with black hair. A guy I used to play WoW with looks like me but a bit bigger and there's also someone close to where I live, I've yet to meet that person but I've seen pictures and it's quite scary.

I apparently look a lot like one of my good friends. Whenever we hang out people would ask us if we were twins. Eventually he got so annoyed by it that he cut his hair, but a few people still think we are related.

If you're talking hands, I have a straight line on my right hand, reaching from one side to the other, where most people have a broken line. I've only heard of one person with a similar (single) hand with a straight line, and that was a doctor I had when I was little.
