26 heroic runs

On my DK I've done 26 heroic runs, I'd guess between 15 and 20 scenarios since 5.1, I haven't counted them, all to get a 452 ilvl . The gods of RNG really hate me. I had to start greeding on agi trinkets and non plate items to get the 460 needed for LFR. I really hope my druid isn't this brutal.

You're supposed to buy the ilvl 450 crafted items.

Dont rely on scenarios, the drop rate is not worth it. Just keep running heroics you'll get your gear eventually as much as RNG sucks. I've been there.

With BoEs being so cheap I don't see a reason in not getting to 470 in the first 2-3 days max.

The first week was definitely more brutal in getting raid ready (normal mind you, not LFR). I've been doing ~10-15 heroics PER EVENING (after full time job and wife/kids) in order to reach ~462 at the beginning of the second week and be prepared for raiding.

Long story short: 452 after only 26 heroics is OK, but taking into account BoEs you can get 460 within an hour or 470 within very few days (done this on hunter twink, which was in second tier LFR the first week he dinged 90).

or get lucky when killing sha and get tier item, my mage did still happy with his legs!
only item i ever got from sha. and i killed him very often.
this week i havent bothered with it. i doubt ill try ever again.

Guess I wasn't really clear, I have a 461 overall, just a 452 equipped because of my horrible RNG luck. Out of those 26 runs, I only got 3 usable items. I got more from scenarios, including epic pants. My lock and mage were both tons quicker than this, just "complaining" about my bad luck, nothing more.

there is about 15% chance to get only 3 items in 26 heroics, its bad luck but not reallly that bad
