Do you pop your sausage?

I “pop” my sausage while it’s cooking, same with hotdogs. I don’t like to get a mouthful of grease while eating.

My wife on the other-hand enjoys the flavor of a juicy sausage or frank “popping” in her mouth and then savoring the juices running down her throat.
