Currently recruiting 1 or 2 dps (a warrior or ret paladin are of particular interest, would also consider a healer) Having a competently played offspec is a HUGE plus.

We are unique in that we don’t have a traditional hierarchy system consisting of class leaders or officers. We have a raid leader but the running of the guild is shared- we discuss tactics together and decisions are made as a team. As such, applicants shouldn’t require constant instruction. We use our real names and are all quite close, which creates a warm and friendly atmosphere, but are serious when we pull a boss and are progression oriented: We intend to keep the high rank we have proved we are capable of. Trials need to be able to keep up with our current team, and remember that in 10 man good use of utility abilities and not standing in fire is as important as output. Keeping up with class changes and researching encounters should be automatic and a joy to do, as it is for all of us. All the other standard raiding guild requirements apply and should go without saying.

We raid 4 times a week during progression, usually Wed/Thurs, Sun/Mon with Fridays and Saturdays always free. Raids run from 20:00-00:00. Occasionally, we will extend raids beyond the official raid times or add an additional raid day if we are closing in on a progression kill. We ask for bare min 75% raid attendance, the ability to use vent and a working mic. You don’t have to talk constantly but being able to announce things is important.
