I've noticed that on my guild profile our kills are not accurately displaying.
If you look at tier14 and tier14(25) they are correct, but tier14(10) shows us missing the Will of the Emperor kill, which is not the case. We were a 10 man guild until 3 weeks ago (25s started Nov 13) and had already cleared this content on 10 man prior. Our first Will of the Emperor kill (on 10 man) was around October 17.
I've already sent an email to the guys at WoWProgress but don't expect to hear back.
We had similar issues with a couple of bosses but what solved it for us was updating the individual characters' profiles on wowprogress who were present on the kill. If this doesn't work then I'm afraid I have no additional tips on solving your issue.
I do know that wowprogress has difficulties tracking kills in separate formats. Once a kill is scored in 1 format, it's more difficult for it to record it in the other format. This is just a hitch in their process as well as a limitation of using armory profiles to update.
Is there any particular reason you are concerned about it? I mean, I know it's nice to have all your kills show up, but last I was aware you couldn't actually have kills register in both formats (apparently I'm incorrect about this though, so. . . good luck!)

It doesn't bother me as much as it's an obvious bug. The thing is, that we killed it on 10 man FIRST, it was after the 25 man that it changed.
As for the link above, the guild shows the progression as do all the players that were there. ONE player that was in the fight, has since left the guild, but that shouldn't effect the outcome.
