Immortal/Undying might sound like easy achievements, but they were incredibly hard when naxx was current content. (KT's frost blast on your heals)

Why not bring back the Scarab Lord mount? That took no amount of skill to get and was mostly a guild effort, yet it only rewarded one person in most cases.
I agree 100%. Sarth wasn't the easiest either on 10 man.

Sarth was harder on 10 man than 25 man due to its design.. was much easier to use 'special' tactics on 25 man (I think on our first kill we used 4-5 tanks one of which was a Voidwalker, to do it.) Though I did do it on 10 man but was missing immortal (+ some others) so didn't get the drake!

Sick of Ghostcrawler busting out the bullshit excuse that "totems are hard to counter". "Hard to counter" if you don't have a fucking brain, maybe. You target them and kill them in one swing, maybe a couple if glyphed. I've found that the changes to totems aren't actually that bad just in random BGs, but what irritates me is that Ghostcrawler is either lying or covering for those other players who whine about having to switch targets to kill totems in order to nullify their effects.

Did you see the last two wow tournaments? Those resto shamans survived so much that no other healer would've survived, and the totems played a major part in that.
You know when people want you to tell them the truth? They lie.

I take comfort in the fact that the people who think "lol Black/Plagued Proto just means you had a raid group. Naxx was easy, if only I'd started raiding then" aren't likely gold-capped either. They can't go steamroll it like Ulduar and think they're bad mofos with their badass raid mounts. But what's next? Merciless Gladiator's mounts on AH?

I was really hoping that as far as mounts go, they'd keep it to stuff that was still available, even if a giant pain like Mim's Head at 1%. Who are you getting to continue playing this game Blizzard, by allowing one or two gold-capped toons a year the chance at a retired raid mount? For that handful of players that are pleased with this decision, I'm sure there is an offset of players (not saying I'm among them) that grow sick of the fact that nothing's sacred.

Why complain about these additions to the BMAH? The game has changed in both direction and demographic since TBC/Wrath and it seems right that they would allow old content rewards to be purchased with the game's oldest currency. The only time these rewards mattered was when they were relevant. It's like the people asking for Classic servers but they get shot down by the people screaming "Move on already". You aren't getting the title with that drake, so good luck impressing your friends who will no doubt respond with a version of "Who cares?". People feign outrage, threaten to quit over this game breaking change, and go back to playing.

You think Blizzard doesn't already know this? They know how many people come and go on average, they've got it almost down to a science, and they wouldn't release this stuff to the general public that WANTS it unless they knew that it has zero effect on the future subscriptions of the game. Basically your empty threats mean nothing, they'll replace you, not chase you. The mission of any good marketing staff is to find those that will do business their way, not your way.

You probably have confused black and plagued proto drakes. Sarth 3D 25 man, which was required for black proto, was very easy. 10 man, which was required for plagued proto, was hard. Cockblock for black proto was Immortal, cockblock for plagued proto was Sarth 3d.
There was no mechanic in Naxx 10 or 25 that was going to kill you if you weren't stupid or didn't horribly undergear the content by the time they removed the meta achievement rewards. Even if you were undergeared, all the dangerous mechanics but one in that entire zone were avoidable.

Sarth 3D was always harder than Immortal or Undying on either difficulty.

Edit: Though if there WAS a cockblock to Immortal it was Thaddius. Fuck you, stupid fucking fucks who can't tell be bothered to see if their charge changed and move accordingly. >:[

Naxx (on 25) wasn't easy... it wasn't really hard either. Got realm first for Naxx, but didn't bother to get the achieves. Ended up farming the place for gear every time some new guy entered the guild.

Oh and the arcanite reaper, and tabard of the argent of dawn wasn't difficult to get, it just meant you had to be there at the right time with the right interest (and maybe a bit of luck for the reaper).

My opinion on the "special snowflake" is that, if you do something cool in the game you can be that special snowflake for a few months... after which all bets are off.

Rubber buttons on a mouse are absolute shit.
I had a razer for a year, but after a while it just turned sticky,. even two years after having last used it, the thing would excrete finger-oil no matter how much I cleaned it.
I'd highly recommend staying away from razer for their rubber fetish - logitech G5 is great !

They need to re-add these mounts so you can earn them in game. Add back the zg tiger too. No more of this bmah bullshit. I have a few friends who having been buying tons of gold since mop hit. Gold buyers should not be rewarded.

Subscription numbers since Wrath do not support your position on the perspicacity of Blizzard's marketing and development teams. As for the current changes... we'll have to wait until next quarter to see for sure.
