Desktop with a touchpad and hackintosh

Hello guys, I am here because I trust your wisdom over computers and also to help a friend (disability). He wants to play on a desktop but it must have a touchpad and a good one. He tried the logitech one but it is awful. Tried the apple touchpad and it was quite ok but the problem is that we are not sure how to make it run on windows. We have tried the internet guides and we had no sucess so we were thinking that perhaps building a hackintosh could be a solution? Anyone tried the razer switchblade touchpad? Is it possible to use the keyboard and touchpad of a laptop on a desktop?

TL;DR: Looking for a good touchpad that works like the laptop ones and has no delay.
