Looking for a transmog shield but can't find the name to look it up its the one that's a skull head with fire in the mouth but not the skull flame or heroic dungeon equivalent. The one I'm talking about has like a more wide open mouth and more flames I think

Those are the only skully flame-ish shields I know except for Skullflame Shield.In Soviet Pandaria, Lightwell klicks you!Glyph of Lightspring New: Transforms your Lightwell into a Lightspring: Creates a Holy Lightspring. Every 5 sec the Lightspring will attempt to heal party and raid members lower than 50% health for (5,735 + 55.3% of SP) over 6 sec. Attacks done to the target equal to 30% of your total health will cancel the effect. Lightspring lasts for 3 min or until 15 heals are expended.

Thats just pure awesome, you couldn't have suggested a better fitting shield with my current xmog, EXACTLY what i've been looking for without knowing it.
