GPU Upgrade

It was the first time I've ever built a PC and I like it, but I can't run alot of games on ultra without significant drops in fps in heavy traffic areas. I'm using the i5 3570k, and a Z77 asus mono. How much of an upgrade would this card be? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130787

I guess my question is, would it be worth it to upgrade to it?

This gpu performs equal to gtx 680 and when overclocked performs 5% more .
