I believe they used to. But they no longer give any Guild XP.

This is correct, when guild achievements were first introduced, each achievement gave you some guild XP. Many guilds got to 25 in a relatively short time (you could chain run instances for the guild runs achievements for example) before Blizzard fixed it.
