anybody know how long it takes for the vendors to restock the items they sell out of currently getting mats for the chopper just wondering example Handful of Fel Iron Bolts

Limited stock items such as these, probably about 30 minutes to an hour. If you just want the bolts now, get some bars and convert them to bolts. You could also fish up all of the Zangarmarsh flotsam debris as the supply crates can carry them.
