Probably and you will be close to enrage. It won't matter in the last phase as everyone will eventually become a construct. Phase 1 and 2 will just be longer.

No point in having 3 tanks. I assume you are talking about the permanent construct strat? If so you don't need a 3rd tank to do it.

Have a dps taunt before fling, you need to make sure you leave pools up and if stacks fall off the boss or monstrosity mid as well wipe.
