Pvp residence > pvp Power ?

Now that healing has been reduced by a further 15% and their is still alot of burst out there at the moment and our avatar and gag order have been nerfed, is it time to go for more resil as opposed to hording pvp power ? My warrior has 65% resi and I still get dropped like a sack of rocks
