Question about LFR Looting

If say, My alt was a ele/enhance shaman and i went to do lfr, would the gear i get change depending on the spec im in for the fight? or just the one i zone in as?

You get loot depending on the spec you had when you killed the boss.
When using a coin you get loot depending on the spec you had when you tossed the coin, not what spec you had when you killed the boss. Meaning you can switch specs and use coins for your off spec.

Accually i heard something about it being the spec you joined as, but that might be untrue. I think iv seen someone say that queued up as healer, joined with an elemental spec, respecc resto inside and still get elemental items - i might be wrong thought.
