Don't want to joing BG's who already started.

I'd rather give away the blacklist then play a single BG that already started again, hell I'd even pay 3-5 euro more a month if I could get away from BG's who already started once and for all.

Currently I have to wait 6-7 minutes for an battleground. Around every second one is an battleground that already started and my team nearly lost by the time I join said battleground. Just now I had a streak of !4! random battlegrounds who were about to be over when I got an invite for them.

It is beyond frustrating and absolutely pointless to me to be forced to join these battlegrounds. There is no chance to turn an 100:1550 Katmogu aorund anymore. I've effectively wasted about half an hour just sitting in the queueu with around 15 minutes of sitting around in a battleground that was already lost by the time I joined.

So these battlegrounds are wasting my time, a lot of time at that, they're also not rewarding my anything whatsoever I could need (I only need conquest points, so I can get my stuff before we start doing Arena or don't have to do so many games) and on top of that they're wrecking my statistic. More then half of the losses in my statistic are from games I didn't even get to participate in! I'd be around a 80% victory rate otherwise (still am for Twin Peaks, altough it's around 90% and some others whom I rarely have to join when they started).

You can avoid this by dropping out of the current Q when it pops and rejoining. Life goes on brosef.

No one wants to join a BG/LFR/LFD in progress. On the other hand, no one wants to have to disband or finish with fewer players just because someone had to leave, and you don't want to suffer some excessive punishment if you happen to get disconnected or have to leave halfway.
Diplomacy is just war by other means.

Stole my thunder. Yes I hate joining a bg only to see our team is about to lose or is getting farmed. On the other hand sucks if you are in a bg and people leave for whatever reason and you might be down 2 or more peoplse say in 10 mans.

Problem is, it doesn't matter. The game is already lost and losing 10 vs 10 instead of 8 vs 10 because some people are unlucky enough to join those BG's wont change a damn. If you're getting GY farmed, that will still happen even if two new people would join the BG. If the enemy team is busy bringing the last flag home with 3 minutes to play and 2:0, that wont suddenly turn into an victory just because two new people were forced to join.

All it does is to waste the time and patience of those people forced to join your mess and punish them with a loss they had nothing to do with for waiting 5-10 minutes and then sending them right back to wait for the same time all over again so they can join the next BG that's about to end.

    Hi there,

I agree with you, I hate when this happens, its so frustrating arrrrrrr

I learned to avoid this, when I was farming bgs, by simply forming groups and joining as a team 3-5 ppl. Its really easy to find and replace someone if they decides to leave, it increases the chance to win and avoids joining a game which has already started. Its worth the trouble!

well you can either sit afk and watch tv or something while you wait for the bg to be over or you can use a different toon

Neither of those would solve my problem. I'm just as likely to end up in such an battleground if I play an alternative char, also I want to play my goblin Shaman and not any other char. As for watching tv, I'd still would lose loads of time just sitting in queue or waitin for the last 3-4 minutes of an battleground to end.

What about the winning team, you would never be able to win a bg because the losing team would leave and forfeit without giving you the win.

Its frustrating when you join a bg, i have also joined one on the winning team.

Only solution is to queue with friends.

So, you're playing Alliance, congrats to that. Or should I say my condolescence? And who the hell cares about honor? I sure as hell don't.

Hehe I get instant queues and 95% fresh games

There should be additional rewards for people that join a BG that's basically lost already. A few more Honor Points should be enough ye?

slightly OT but ... I loved queueing just for the last boss (cancelling queue if I got a new run) in raidfinder for weapon (to vendor) + gold + valor points ... great times

Why do you do random BGs if you don't care about the honor? Surely arenas would be faster for you to get CP. And no, you don't need Conquest gear to get started on arena.
