Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Whenever I use grid when I'm hovering over a characters box to heal him this annoying box pops up you the one showing the players name race realm etc but the issue is the box comes up over the other boxes on my grid leaving me unavaliable to see some of my hordies health. How do fix this

Haven't played/used Grid in a while but that sounds like a tooltip issue. Do you have a tooltip addon?

Don't believe so I use grid, dbm, bartender and that's it

That's the tooltip.
Grid > Frame > Show Tooltip either OOC (preferable) or Never (not preferable).This concept of wuv confuses and infuriates us.
